How Much Does It Cost
The total tuition for the entire eight-month program is less then you might think. The total cost includes all the equipment and supplies that our students will need. This includes all of the books required to complete the program, five personally monogrammed uniforms, and a cutlery kit valued at $400.00. All of these materials are the property of the student and are yours to keep.

Why The Culinary Center Of Monterey - Culinary School
Our students have the opportunity to garner advantages that many Culinary Arts programs simply can't offer; here in beautiful Monterey our students have a chance to see first hand how the culinary industry works from the growers to the kitchen to the table. Monterey County has a thriving fishing industry and is often called the salad bowl of the world, growing everything from garlic to strawberries. Monterey County is also the nation's third largest producer of fine wines. With over five hundred restaurants on the Monterey Peninsula alone, all this has combined to create one of the highest caliber culinary environments imaginable.
